A real Wynwood address for events that need more than a pretty room.

A venue for the moment and the media that comes after.

If the event matters, the recording matters too. The Move Miami pairs a flexible Wynwood venue with real production: cameras, audio, livestream, and follow-up content, captured as it happens. Every booking includes a trained technician, a BTS photographer, and files within 24 hours.

Use cases

Five kinds of events that work well in this room.

01

Brand launches and press moments

Wynwood is where brands already come to be seen. Branded slides on the LED wall. A step-and-repeat backdrop. A BTS photographer for same-day social. Minutes from the murals.

02

Live podcast events with audience

Record a sold-out episode with the audience in the room and a virtual one online. The crew handles the cameras, the mics, the slides, and the livestream. Host and guest just talk.

03

Mastermind retreats

8 to 20 people, multi-cam coverage, lapel or handheld mics for the floor. A private, no-foot-traffic room in the middle of the Wynwood Arts District, without the gallery-opening noise outside.

04

Corporate offsites and team trainings

A change of scenery for a Midtown or Design District team's town hall or training day. Clean audio, hybrid streaming for remote employees, and a full recording of what got decided.

05

Hybrid webinars and content capture days

Host the people who matter in the room while streaming to everyone else. Audio routing, screen sharing, and camera switching make virtual guests feel like first-class participants.

What is included

The venue is only half the advantage.

One team runs the technical layer, so your event gets fewer vendors, fewer failure points, and cleaner output. Every booking ships with the room, the cameras, the audio, the lighting, the crew, and the post-event media.

A note from the founder

Most event spaces rent you a room. We run your event with you.

“Most venues in this neighborhood give you a blank room and let you figure out the rest. We built The Move Miami so you never have to. Our crew knows the cameras, the lighting, and how to make your speaker look like the most important person on screen. You bring the agenda and the audience. We bring the room, the crew, the lights, the audio, the livestream, and the files. Every booking.”

FAQ

Wynwood venue questions, answered.

15 of the most common questions teams ask before booking. If yours is not here, send it with the inquiry and the team will reply within one business hour.

Where is the Wynwood venue located?

The venue is located at 566 NW 29th Street, Miami, FL 33127, in the Wynwood area with easy access from Midtown, Edgewater, the Design District, Downtown Miami, and Brickell.

What kind of creative and brand events fit the room?

Live podcast recordings, brand launch parties, influencer content days, album listening events, product drop premieres, mastermind retreats, and hybrid creative workshops. The room scales from an intimate 10-person brainstorm to a 100-attendee hybrid experience — and the cameras are already dialed in.

Is this a blank venue rental?

No. The room comes with cinema cameras, Shure SM7B microphones, Aputure lighting, and a trained crew already in it — that is the whole value. If you want four blank walls and a rental agreement, this is not the right spot.

Can we run a live audience show with a stream for fans and followers?

Yes. That is the signature format. The in-room crowd gets the stage lights, the energy, and the live host. The online audience gets multi-cam switching, clean audio, branded lower-thirds, and a moderated chat flow. It feels like a broadcast, not a Zoom link.

What kind of content can we walk away with after the event?

This is one of the main reasons brands and creators choose the space. You can walk out with a full 4K replay, multi-cam raw files, isolated audio stems, and short-form social clips cut for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Everything lands in Google Drive within 24 hours.

How far in advance should we book?

For brand launches, live shows, and hybrid productions, two to four weeks gives the crew time to dial in the set. For simpler content capture days, a few days is usually fine. Send your preferred date and the team confirms availability fast.

What does a creative brand or content shoot budget look like?

Pricing is custom-scoped to the format, headcount, production needs, and session length. As a ballpark, the venue starts around $750 per hour, with full-day packages beginning at $6,000. Send your brief — the team returns a real number within one business hour, no vague ranges.

How many people can fit for a launch party or live taping?

Up to 100 guests when you combine the in-room crowd with a virtual audience. For in-person-only setups: 60 theatre-style for a seated show, 40 classroom-style for a workshop, 30 cabaret-style for a mixer, and 18 boardroom for an intimate roundtable.

Where do people park when they come to the Wynwood space?

Free street parking runs along NW 29th Street and NW 6th Avenue, right outside the building. The venue is the black structure with the white The Move Miami logo — grey gate entrance, right-side door. The Wynwood Walls are a three-minute walk.

Can our creative director or outside producer run the shoot?

Absolutely. Many brands bring a creative director, DP, or external production lead. Our in-house crew handles the room logistics, camera positions, audio routing, and light plots — and coordinates the run of show with your team ahead of time so everything is locked before talent arrives.

Can we do food, drinks, and a hosted bar for a launch or listening party?

Yes. Outside catering is welcome — bring your favorite Miami spot or ask for a curated list. The venue carries a hosted bar license, and we can run beer-and-wine, full open bar, or BYO with a licensed bartender.

Is the space accessible for all guests and talent?

Yes. The entrance, main floor, stage area, and restrooms are all wheelchair accessible. Ramp access runs from the parking area to the front door. If you have specific access needs for talent or guests, let the team know ahead of time.

What happens if a brand launch or creative project gets pushed?

More than 30 days out: full refund minus the deposit. 14 to 30 days out: 50 percent refund. Within 14 days: non-refundable. The deposit is 25 percent of the package. Projects shift — if your timeline moves, reach out and the team will prioritize rescheduling over a straight cancel.

Can we run our brand identity across the whole room?

Yes. The 114 sq ft LED wall runs branded visuals, logo animations, lower-thirds, and full-screen graphics. The step-and-repeat backdrop and entrance signage can also be wrapped in your brand identity. It looks like your event, not ours.

How far is the space from MIA for out-of-town talent and guests?

About 15 to 20 minutes from Miami International Airport — a straight shot up 95. From Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International, plan for 35 to 45 minutes. Rideshare and car services are abundant in the neighborhood.
